As Digital Technology Senior Specialist - Digital operations, you will play vital role driving operational excellence across digital initiatives by participating in digital project tracking, financial oversight and product governance.
As Digital Technology Senior Specialist - Digital operations, you will be responsible for
- Supporting current IT project governance model and participate in the migration to the future solution
- Collaborating with ServiceNow and other stakeholders to drive CMDB data quality initiative and support application rationalization
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs across digital initiatives.
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
- Monitoring actual vs. forecasted spend and providing variance analysis.
- Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelors in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 7+ years of professional experience in digital operations, data governance, or program management.
- Have strong understanding of data relationships, normalization, and reporting best practices.
- Preferred experience working with Airtable, Clarity, Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow CMDB and SharePoint.
- Work independently and drive outcomes.
- Exhibit a critical system thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Have good communication skills.
