Field Engineer General

Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our OIC Services team arrange technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

As a Field Engineer General, you will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.

As an Field Engineer General, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. 

• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. 

• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in the management of job cycle across organizational boundaries. 

• Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. 

• Meeting with clients for job preparation, execution and close out. 

• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash. 

• Understanding of P&L of the project securing the revenue, upselling and the cost Out. 

• Demonstrating the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion. 

• Attending field trials when required. 

• Working with FE on rotation to coordinate operations

• Provide delivery plan and technical reports to customer 

• Provide troubleshooting plan to customer for technical issues

• Supervising chemical injections at well pads and terminal 

• Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

• Have at least 5+ years experience in oil & Gas production chemicals .

• Have a thorough understanding and competency in oilfield OIC Operations and services.

• Have a -proven ability to deal with senior customer management.

• Have the ability to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications.

• Have Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
