As a Field Specialist II, you will be responsible for executing field operations, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to maintain operational excellence and uphold safety and quality standards.
As a Field Specialist II, you will apply your technical knowledge and operational experience to perform field activities, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. You will play a key role in delivering reliable service outcomes while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Executing field operations in line with company procedures and safety standards
Applying functional and technical expertise to support assigned product lines
Delivering high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction
Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the field environment
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of field activities
Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Have a two-year Technical Degree (preferred)
Have relevant industry experience and product line training
Have strong functional and technical skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Have a strong customer-focused mindset
Have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Have strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in field conditions
This role may require flexibility to work in varying field locations and adapt to operational and customer requirements.
