Have a high school diploma, technical diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with relevant field experience in oil and gas operations preferred.

Have practical experience or strong interest in Production Enhancement, pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, stimulation, nitrogen, sand control, or well intervention operations.

Understand basic wellsite operations, high-pressure pumping equipment, fluid handling, treating lines, manifolds, chemical systems, and pressure testing requirements.

Be able to follow job procedures, safety standards, equipment checklists, and supervisor instructions in demanding field environments.

Show good mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn field equipment operation and service delivery processes.

Be committed to HSE, compliance, pressure control discipline, chemical handling safety, and flawless execution of high-pressure field activities.

Be willing to work at customer locations, remote field sites, land rigs, or offshore environments according to operational schedules and customer requirements.
- →
Have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, crews, engineers, and customers.
