We are offering an internship opportunity within the Facility & Maintenance team, focused on supporting maintenance activities, asset management, regulatory compliance, waste management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. The selected candidate will contribute to the implementation of preventive maintenance plans, support maintenance processes through dedicated digital systems, assist with waste management activities, and participate in Facility & HSE initiatives, including LOTO, Dropped Objects, and Safe to Start programs.
This internship will provide hands-on experience in industrial asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance processes, workplace safety and regulatory compliance activities, waste management practices, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing site efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
~1 min read- Master’s Degree or ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Interest in industrial maintenance, facility management, and asset management processes.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms or maintenance management software is considered a plus.
- Interest in safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability topics.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical experience in Facility & Maintenance activities within an industrial environment.
- Hands-on exposure to IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management.
- Understanding of Safety & Compliance practices applied in industrial operations.
- Knowledge of Waste Management processes and applicable environmental regulations.
- Participation in continuous improvement and business process optimization projects.
- Development of technical and organizational skills applied to site operations management.
- Professional experience within a structured team environment, supported by continuous guidance aimed at fostering learning and skills development.

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.
The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
