To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proved experience in the oil and gas industry). Relevant experience in Drilling Services operations.
• Strong understanding of optimizing drilling and completions practices.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting and resolving basic software, computer, and network issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

The Kantori Service Leader is expected to work from the Aberdeen office with significant travel, in accordance with the organization’s work-from-office requirements
