Lead Manufacturing Engineer

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

• Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4-year degree. Primarily tactical responsibilities. This does not include general administrative work.

• Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.

• Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.

• Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering Specialist.
