Production Specialist

As Production Specialist, you will assist Manager to oversee the daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of manufacturing products. You'll play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.

As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:

·       Supporting plant safety management/implementation activities. Participating in identification/assessment/updating of safety risks. Reviewing progress of actions for issues, observation card submissions/follow-up actions.

·       Supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Participating in the analysis and resolution of production issues, preparing analysis reports, and sharing improvement outcomes.

·       Driving Lean&Continuous Improvement activities. Maintaining and enhancing CI processes/Collecting and tracking improvement suggestions/Preparing improvement reports. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

·       Leading digitalization projects implementation. Utilizing Power BI/Power Apps/Automate/Visual Basic/Python to optimize workflows improving efficiency. Implementing work orders/automating SAP report/tracking material readiness.

·       Assisting in coordinating with other departments and performing additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a Bachelor or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related major.

·       Have at least one year of working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

·       Have basic English proficiency with good reading and writing skills and simple verbal communication.

·       Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

·       Demonstrate teamwork, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Demonstrate integrity and accountability, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and exhibit leadership capabilities.

·       This role is a Full Time Regular, with normal office-based working hours; Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM.
