Project Engineering Manager - Control Systems (M/F/D)

As Project Engineering Manager it is expected that you will coordinate the assigned engineers and take ownership of the engineering progress in the project you are assigned to. You are responsible for successful completion of project activities on time and on budget. You will work directly with the project manager, project coordinators and other PEMs, and report to project management and engineering management.

• Engineering progress reporting to project and management on a weekly basis.

• Evaluate all risks and escalate as needed.

• Work with system engineer on specifications and product requirements, and ensure financial and contractual execution through established company procedures.

• Drive on-time delivery on engineering tasks according to P6 schedule and MDR dates.

• Drafting and issuing TQs to customer.

• Ensure that the engineers allocated to the project is following the SSDS-ENG-9.09 process.

• Be fluent in English.

• Adapt to working with different cultures in a global environment.

• Be skilled in communication as you can be directly communicating with customers.

• Preferably have experience with leading other engineers.

• Have a proper understanding of schedules, budgets, risks and mitigations, and the company’s engineering process.

The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 208,000 To 286,000. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
