As a RT Geomechanics Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in Geomechanics Operation support and Subsurface Studies for customers across Eastern Hemisphere
- Providing Geomechanics Operations support including Geomechanical modelling (Predrill & Post drill analysis - 1D & 3D), Real Time Geomechanical analysis, Pore Pressure & Wellbore Stability Services.
- Contributing feedback on technology performance and operational challenges
- Executing any other duties as assigned by the line management
- Providing high‑quality technical presentations, customer meetings, and strategic commercial support as required.
- Recognizing problems and providing solutions to mitigate or eliminate them
- Working well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor's degree with good industry experience, with a preference for Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience/earth sciences discipline or relevant industry experience within Geomechanics
- Have minimum 5+ years experience in Geoscience and/or Real Time Geomechanics
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge of drilling operations (wireline and LWD tools and measurements)
- Have ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
