Sales Support Experienced Professional (UAE National)

As a sales support specialist you will be responsible for managing inventories and tracking purchase orders for customers.

As a Sales Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries
• Track Purchase Order status
• Engage with manufacturing plants to follow up and ensure on-time equipment readiness
• Create and submit sales invoices
• Engage with the customer for delivery requirements and planning
• Prepare and share quotations based on customer requests
• Prepare P&L sheet on monthly basis
• Engage with billing team for month closure

• Have a bachelor’s from an accredited university
• Have a maximum of 1-3 years of experience.
• Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills
• Be ok to work in Abu Dhabi 2-3 days / week.
• Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship.
