  • Coordinating procurement activities required for customer audits, inspections, documentation reviews, and approval processes.
  • Managing scope changes and supplier-related impacts while ensuring compliance with contractual and customer requirements.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration to align procurement strategies with project execution goals and customer expectations.
  • Providing procurement expertise and guidance on complex sourcing decisions, balancing cost, quality, risk, and schedule considerations.
  • Supporting contract administration and supplier governance activities to ensure suppliers fulfil all commercial, technical, quality, and delivery obligations.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have significant experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management, preferably within Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, or Oil & Gas industries.
  • Demonstrate experience managing procurement activities for complex projects and customer-driven environments.
  • Have strong knowledge of supplier performance management, contract execution, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Be proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and/or Oracle.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
