Service Delivery Coordinator

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for.

• Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our core values , and non-negotiables and our cultural pillars

• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon

• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in job cycle management across organizational boundaries

• Reviewing of the job planning, Equipment preparation and people readiness.

• Working with I&S Project Managers and / or other PL’s SDC on X-PL critical tasks within a job.

• Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery

• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

• Coordinating with field crews to manage any requirements / mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/location

• Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

• Assisting other Service Delivery Coordinators with Peer Reviews.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, regulations and ISO and API requirements.

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant, related subject.

• Have more than 10 years of experience in oil field services

• Have previous technical experience in Coil Tubing field.

• Demonstrate prior business ownership (HSE - financial - Service Delivery)

• Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment

• Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems

• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams

• Have experience in the Middle East.
