Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations (d/f/m)

Do you love collaborating with teams to solve complex problems?

Do you enjoy leading a team that provides a high-quality service for our customers?

• Supporting the regional team with the internal sales process and tracking equipment

• Supporting material receipts and deliveries within SAP transactions

• Preparing, checking and test the equipment before shipping to the locations

• Working with the operations team to support the field operations

• Being contact point for suppliers and customers

• Providing engineering support and operational recommendations for the pumping systems

• Have a successfully completed your Technical Diploma or equivalent

• Have good work experience (oil tool service, project engineering, inside sales or manufacturing)

• Have knowledge with MS office software, preferably SAP experience

• Have proven Mechanical/electrical background

• Be fluent in English verbal and written as well as German (B2 level)
