Service Delivery Coordinator - Wireline

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure flawless job execution, on‑time delivery, contract adherence, and optimal cash collection. You will coordinate activities across organizational boundaries and serve as the primary point of contact for the customer. In this critical role, you help Baker Hughes meet customer expectations while maximizing operational and financial performance.

• Ensuring high‑quality customer contact, communication, and service delivery
• Planning, preparing, executing, and evaluating services safely and efficiently
•  Cooperating closely with product lines for smooth service execution
• Developing and securing long‑term customer relationships
• Identifying new opportunities within your area of responsibility
• Ensuring full compliance with legislation, customer requirements, and company guidelines
• Managing commercial aspects related to planning and evaluation
• Maintaining daily customer contact and providing proactive solution proposals
• Customer satisfaction and development
  

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have offshore experience with mechanical and electrical Wireline services
• Have strong experience with safety work and industry best practices
• Have willingness and ability to continuously update your own expertise
• Have understanding of financial and commercial principles
• Have a results‑oriented and proactive mindset
• Have strong analytical and solution‑oriented capabilities
• Have ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Have proven ability to develop strong business relationships
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written)
