Services Professional - Warehouse & Logistics Ops

As a Services Professional - Warehouse & Logistics Ops, you will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials from suppliers, customers, and internal departments in line with production schedules and operational requirements. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with quality and HSE standards.

• Coordinating and maintaining efficient material flow to support warehouse and operational requirements.
• Managing material handling activities in accordance with internal and external customer agreements, company procedures, and operational needs.
• Performing picking, packing, marking, and shipment preparation activities while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and Baker Hughes Quality and HSE policies.
• Executing inventory, warehouse, and logistics transactions accurately within Oracle ERP and other business systems.
• Supporting production schedules by planning, tracking, and expediting material movements across suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining proper documentation throughout warehouse and logistics processes.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet operational objectives while maintaining service quality and delivery performance.
• Promoting a culture of safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across warehouse and logistics activities.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, Oil & Gas, or another relevant industrial environment.
• Have experience using ERP systems, with Oracle ERP experience considered an advantage.
• Hold a Logistics Certificate of Apprenticeship or equivalent logistics/warehouse qualification.
• Possess forklift certifications (T1, T2, T4; T8 preferred) and Overhead Crane G11 certification as an advantage.
• Demonstrate good computer skills and the ability to work with warehouse management and business systems.
• Have strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Be capable of working independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
