As a General Operations Support professional, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational activities. You will help ensure accurate system updates, timely reporting, and effective coordination across purchase orders, parts, repairs, invoicing, and billing processes to support business execution and customer commitments.
As a General Operations Support professional, you will support operational activities and contribute to the efficient execution of Services operations.
- Supporting Services operations in the daily coordination and follow-up of operational activities.
- Handling purchase order-related activities, including tracking, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely execution.
- Maintaining accurate system data to support operational visibility, reporting, and decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining reports on parts status, including order progress, availability, delivery updates, and pending actions.
- Developing and maintaining reports on repair status, including repair progress, purchase order updates, expected completion dates, and invoicing readiness.
- Supporting invoicing and billing activities by ensuring supporting documentation and system information are complete and accurate.
- Coordinating with operations, commercial, sourcing, finance, and billing teams to resolve gaps, delays, or missing information.
- Tracking open actions related to purchase orders, parts, repairs, invoicing, and billing and providing regular updates to the Services operations team.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on operational requirements to support business execution, customer commitments, and revenue recognition.
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency within Services operations.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have relevant experience in operations support, services operations, supply chain, order management, finance support, or a similar administrative role.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of purchase order processes, invoicing, billing, and operational follow-up activities.
- Be able to maintain accurate system data and ensure information is updated in a timely and reliable manner.
- Possess strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear updates on parts, repairs, and operational status.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using ERP or business operating systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track open actions, and meet deadlines.
- Be eligible to work in the UAE without sponsorship or legal restriction.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations, commercial, sourcing, finance, and billing teams.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to supporting operational execution and business priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and persistence in driving issues to closure.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
