At Baker Hughes, we are transforming the future of energy through innovative technologies and services. Well data review: Review well histories, completion diagrams, production trends, integrity records and intervention reports to identify constraints and opportunity areas.
Execution assumptions: Compile assumptions on rig or rigless access, downhole tools, intervention sequence, logistics, HSE exposure, and cost drivers.
Risk input: Document well access, integrity, downhole, pressure control, and operational risks for screening and proposal development.
Integration: Coordinate with production, reservoir, subsea, and facilities specialists to ensure intervention concepts are technically coherent and commercially practical.
BSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Wells Engineering.
5–8 years experience in well interventions, completions, production operations, or well integrity (Rigless and rig-based).
Working knowledge of downhole applications used for production restoration, injectivity improvement, integrity remediation, or abandonment support.
Ability to interpret well files and prepare concise intervention inputs for multidisciplinary proposals
Ability work in cross-functional teams
