Responsibilities

- →Support a geographically dispersed team across several practice sites.
- →Travel regularly to assigned locations as needed.
- →Deliver go-live integration support for new physicians and practice locations.
- →Assist with onboarding and on-site training of new and existing staff.
- →Support process improvements, protocol implementation, and daily operations.
- →Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and a patient-first mindset.
- →Interview patients to obtain medical history and update records.
- →Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, height, weight, pulse).
- →Prepare exam rooms and assist during patient visits.
- →Sterilize medical instruments and manage clinical inventory.
- →Perform basic x-rays as appropriate.
- →Complete additional administrative and clinical tasks as required.
- →Greet and check in patients in a courteous and efficient manner.
- →Assist patients with questions or concerns during their visit.
- →Collect insurance information, co-pays, and address open balances.
- →Ensure a smooth and efficient front-desk workflow and patient experience.
- →Support scheduling, communication, and overall office operations.
- →Participate in team meetings and calls as needed.
- →Maintain effective, collaborative relationships with peers, providers, and leadership.
- →Contribute to ongoing improvement of processes and patient satisfaction.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Continuing education preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant certificate preferred
- Excellent organization abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creative and persistent problem solver
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Client/service oriented (internal and external)
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to complete projects independently within established timeframes
- Advanced understanding/knowledge of computer data entry, Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate through any business-related software
- Proficient typing skills
