~1 min readWe are looking for an experienced Tender Manager Marine to join our tendering team. In this role you lead and manage the tendering process for complex marine infrastructure projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure the development of competitive, high-quality tender submissions.
You also will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing the entire bid process, and translating client requirements into technically sound and commercially competitive proposals.

Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for marine and coastal infrastructure projects.

Manage the full tender process from decision to tender to bid submission.

Develop the tender success strategy, technical concepts, and commercial proposals.

Manage communication with clients, partners, and subcontractors during the tender phase.

Coordinate multidisciplinary tender teams including engineering, estimating, planning, procurement, and legal specialists.

Analyze client requirements and expectations, contract conditions, and project risks.

Ensure that tenders are competitive, technically and commercially sound, and aligned with company strategy.

Present tender proposals internally and support decision-making processes.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Marine Engineering, or Construction Management.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in tender management or bid management for infrastructure or marine construction projects.
Strong understanding of international marine infrastructure projects such as ports, terminals, quay walls, and coastal protection works.
Experience leading multidisciplinary tender teams.
Strong commercial awareness and contract management knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
