Bar Back - Circulo

• →Have bars set up and stocked one hour prior to the start of each function.
• →Keep ice bins filled at all times.
• →Cut all fruit used for garnishes and keep back-up containers of fruit filled throughout the shift ensuring safety procedures are followed.
• →Keep beer coolers stocked.
• →Help to replenish and stock supplies throughout the shift, (i.e. cups, straws, napkins, fruit, refill back-up juices, refill condiments, change soda as needed).
• →Empty trash cans.
• →Perform general surface cleaning tasks as directed.
• →Remove empty bottles and trash using proper recycling procedures.
• →Remain professional behind the bars, banquets, or service bars when guests are visible.
• →Provide exceptional customer service.
• →Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
• →Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
• →Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• →Union Representation: This position is represented by Unite Here and is subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
• →Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled

Starting Compensation:

• →$10.50/hr + TIPS
