→Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
→Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
→Knowledge of all promotions and events
→Men’s & women’s restrooms cleaned and maintained
→Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house
→Associate Dinning Room maintained
→Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean
→Floor clean of clutter
→Vacuum where designated
→Supervise staff members on your shift
→Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability
→Work “hands on” with staff to ensure all cleaning duties and procedures, company policies, rules and regulations, and Jumer’s standards of cleanliness are enforced
→Help handle any problem situations with both employees and guests
→Answer radio calls and communicate professionally
→All other duties as assigned
→Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

→Union Representation: This position is represented by IUOE and is subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
→Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
→Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time
→Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high
→Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds
→Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs
→Frequently required to reach overhead

Target Salary Range:

Starting Compensation:

→$18.50/hr
