Food Server - Macau Kitchen

• →Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled. Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.
• →Performs all necessary side work. Polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items such as condiment’s, filling salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc.
• →Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function.
• →Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
• →Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications.
• →Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary, and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner.
• →Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
• →Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
• →Abides to Freeman Standards.
• →Knows hours of operation and current promotions.
• →Knows food products, food promotions, and food available on buffet stations.
• →Completes assigned side work duties; use of supplies, cleaning and organizing assigned areas.
• →Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.

• →Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.

• Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Must be very detailed oriented.
• Must project a professional and positive image.
• Must have a high level of energy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, & special events (Banquet) as needed.
• Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
