Security Officer

• →Always remain alert for burglaries, prowlers, vandalism, trespassers, removal of casino property without proper authorization, and any additional suspicious activity.  
• →Assist in transporting money and chips.  
• →Observe, report and take action as directed by the supervisor or above with respect to all suspicious, unusual situations. 
• →Respond to and assist in all emergencies, including but not limited to fires, medical emergencies, and criminal activity.  
• →Answer all calls promptly and professionally. 
• →Respond to all disturbances in order to deescalate the incident.  
• →Must make sound judgment when interacting with Team members and guests. 
• →Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.   
• →Be aware of and handle guest opportunities to ensure overall guest satisfaction in accordance with QCE’s Service PACK. 
• →Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. 
• →Investigate and prepare written reports on incidents/medicals that occur during the shift in a timely manner.   
• →Document all incidents and property damage as directed.  
• →Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive work atmosphere. 
• →Assist other Security Officers as needed. 
• →Assist valet parking attendants in controlling traffic when necessary or parking vehicles. 
• →Maintain a high level of personal integrity. 
• →Other duties as assigned

Target Salary Range: $14.00 per hour
