Slot Technician

• →Knows and abides by Hard Rocks policies, procedures, internal controls and courtesy guidelines.
• →Performs all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations.
• →Repairs slots equipment and other gaming related equipment.
• →Performs general maintenance as assigned or in accordance with existing procedures.
• →Performs for the installation, movement, denomination, and game change of slot machines as directed by management.
• →Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
• →Ensures that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain company safety standards while repairing slots equipment and other gaming related equipment.
• →Performs predetermined tests and checks on specific machines to establish causes for identified problems as reported by management or slot floor personnel.
• →Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
• →Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.
• →Upholds the Mission Statement – We create authentic experiences that rock.
• →Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.

• Must project a professional and positive image.
• High energy level.

• Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written).
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely.
• Ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, regulations.
• Ability to effectively analyze and solve problems.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics, including statistics.
