Spa Supervisor (Full Time)

1. →Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
2. →Builds repeat customer business and loyalty through direct guest interaction, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting customer complaints.
3. →Monitors the condition of the spa and reports any problems to maintenance or the Spa Manager.
4. →Places and receives telephone communications and makes reservations.
5. →Keeps front desk stocked with supplies and places orders.
6. →Responsible for cash handling and balancing cash bank.

   Adhere to supervisory responsibilities, including:

   • →Oversee the daily operations when the Spa Manager is not present.
   • →

     Assist in scheduling employee shifts to ensure spa coverage.

   • →

     Assist Spa Manager in interviewing and hiring team members.

   • →

     Responsible for training employees.

8. →Regular attendance required.
9. →Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Target Salary Range: 

• → $21.00 per hour
