Steward - Sportsbook

• →Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware.
• →Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• →Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water.
• →Stock all food areas with necessary inventory.
• →Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
• →Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• →Reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment.
• →Comply fully with the company’s safety policies and procedures.
• →Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• →Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• →Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• →Other duties may be assigned at any time.

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Hourly $11.25
