Supervisor - Retail Operations

• →Provide guests with the highest level of customer service.
• →Maintain awareness of security in all shops.
• →Keep track of, account for and replenish all clothing, souvenirs, etc.; stock merchandise, logging all items received, damaged and transferred for end of month inventory count.
• →Handle all complaints and problems that may occur in a courteous and professional manner.
• →Complete and submit all paperwork that is due on a daily, weekly, or monthly to the Retail Manager.
• →Ensure proper pricing of merchandise.
• →Oversee cashiers’ variances solving transactions and mistakes, and audit cashier banks.
• →Maintain a smooth selling floor.
• →Ensure employees are implementing store promotions and sales contests.
• →Ensure all “Specialty Brand” programs are followed and standards upheld.
• →Responsible for store replenishment of goods; including buying to realistic ROS (rate of sale), following sales and turnover goals, creating purchase orders and paying invoices.
• →Assist with monthly inventory.
• →Complete and issue timely evaluations for subordinates.
• →Conduct formal and informal training for subordinates.
• →Conduct formal and informal coaching and counseling with subordinates.
• →Reward and recognize superior performers.
• →Ensure that employees work safely and follow all safety rules.
• →Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and competition.
• →Ensure effective communication within the department and company.
• →Hold subordinates accountable for established performance expectations.
• →Motivate and develop staff; provide advice and guidance as appropriate.
• →Comply with and enforce compliance with the company’s recycling program standards.
• →Carry out daily directives given by the Retail Manager and/or Assistant Retail Manager
• →Interviews, selects, hires and retains superior employees
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• →Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
