Surveillance Dual Rate Agent/Technician

• →Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect the integrity of the company’s operations, as well as the security and well-being of customers, employees, and company assets
• →Report all illegal and/or unusual activities to the Supervisor
• →Operate all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, the network system, monitors, computers, and cameras as assigned. Use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing programs required
• →Observe report and record all daily casino and land-based activity using closed circuit television monitors to identify illegal or unusual activities occurring on property
• →Work in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employees and company funds and assets
• →Prepare and complete all daily activity reports and incident reports as required and directed by Surveillance Management
• →Perform all duties and follow all instructions assigned by Surveillance Management
• →Safeguard all confidential information and maintain department confidentiality
• →Must be able to sit in a quiet environment for extended periods of time
• →Must be able to visualize distance, color, depth perception and adjust focus
• →Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures
• →Must be able to lift up to 25lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs
• →Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noises
• →Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• →Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• →Implements all approved procedures
• →Will provide guidance and procedural training to operators when required
• →May periodically fill the role of a Lead when required
• →Will supervise activities related to surveillance of all gaming operations
• →Reviews and supervises daily activities, reports and all related reports and prepares shift reports for the Director of Surveillance
• →Will provide supervision for designated shift

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Hourly $17.00
