Surveillance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
• Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
• Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
• Monitors all non-gaming procedures
• Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
• Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Environmental Working Conditions:

The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations. 

Target Salary:

• Target Salary Range $16.50
