Table Games Supervisor

• →Knows and abides by Hard Rocks policies, procedures, internal controls and courtesy guidelines.
• →Performs all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations.
• →Maintains & updates knowledge of regulations set forth by the Mississippi Gaming Commission and the Mississippi State Tax Commission regarding table game operations.
• →Completes table fills, credits and markers and comps.
• →Verifies and approves guest transactions while having a thorough knowledge of title 31.
• →Safeguards the company's assets assigned.
• →Ensures all scheduled tables are manned and ready at the beginning of the shift.
• →Assists in coaching, evaluating, counseling and rewarding Hard Rockers while maintaining efficient personnel records.
• →Supervises games ensuring dealers are following Hard Rock policy and procedures.
• →Promotes safety awareness to minimize work related injuries.
• →Enrolls new guests in the Encore players club.
• →Maintains complete knowledge of comp. procedures as well as the ability to evaluate guests, ensuring that qualified quests are taken care of through the complementary process.
• →Resolves guest & Hard Rocker issues/disputes.
• →Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
• →Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.

• Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.
• Ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, regulations.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics, including statistics.
• Ability to effectively analyze and solve problems.
• Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office.
