AI Consultant / AI Solutions Developer

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

Contract: 3-month initial contract with a possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing

At Baltic Assist, we are looking for an AI Consultant / AI Solutions Developer to help us identify, design, and implement practical AI solutions across the organisation.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on exploring how modern AI technologies, particularly Agentic AI, AI assistants, workflow automation, and generative AI, can improve internal processes, increase productivity, and create new opportunities for our teams and clients.

You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand challenges, identify improvement opportunities, develop AI-powered solutions, and drive adoption throughout the organisation.

• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Design and implement AI solutions using modern LLM, Agentic AI, and automation technologies.
• Build and optimise AI assistants, workflows, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with teams across recruitment, operations, finance, marketing, sales, and other business functions.
• Lead proofs-of-concept and pilot projects from idea to implementation.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend suitable use cases.
• Measure the impact of implemented solutions and continuously improve them.
• Support AI adoption by educating and guiding internal teams.

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, automations, or AI agents.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems and workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
