Responsibilities

You’ll be providing high-quality accounting services in compliance with the principles of accounting for the portfolio of international companies. It is an exciting role with great responsibility and opportunities to grow.

  • Perform primary bookkeeping tasks, including recording invoices, bank transactions, and payments
  • Collect, analyze, and enter financial and administrative data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting records
  • Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare periodic financial and management reports
  • Communicate with clients on accounting-related matters and respond to their inquiries
  • Support senior finance team members in daily accounting operations and ad hoc tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory reports
  • Maintain documentation and support audit processes when required
  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities for assigned companies
  • Provide guidance and support to junior or less experienced colleagues
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Business administration/Finance or similar.
  • No less than 1-year professional experience in Finance or similar field.
  • Good communication skills - fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential (at least B2 level).
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Independent thinking.

As part of the first interview, candidates will be asked to demonstrate their financial knowledge through a few targeted questions and a short practical task. This helps us assess your understanding of key concepts and your approach to solving real-world finance challenges.
