Responsibilities
~1 min readOur client for this role is a Danish SaaS company specialising in compliance and monitoring solutions for pharmaceuticals and other regulated industries, operating across Europe and the US.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to join the team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent Excel skills, and is eager to support day-to-day financial operations in an international environment.
While previous finance experience is an advantage, it is not required. We believe financial processes can be taught, but strong Excel proficiency and an analytical mindset are essential for success in this role.
You will receive structured onboarding and training to help you become confident in the company's financial systems and processes.
Fluent English is essential for communicating with international teams and customers.
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices.
- Managing accounts payable and processing supplier invoices.
- Handling receipts and expense documentation in Pleo and Ramp.
- Supporting financial administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with occasional finance-related tickets in HubSpot.
- Working with Excel to organise, analyse, and maintain financial data.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to work accurately with numbers.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Experience with financial administration, invoicing, or bookkeeping is an advantage but not required.
- Experience with tools such as Pleo, Ramp, or HubSpot is a plus, but not required.
