Information Architect (Sales Excellence)

Location: Helsinki, Finland (remote within the EU)  

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

You will support the transformation of the sales organization into a more data-driven and AI-enabled function by developing and enhancing information architecture within sales and commercial domains. You will work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and business support functions to establish consistent information models, reusable data assets, and governed data foundations that improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making.

• Define information architecture for sales, commercial, and CRM-related information domains.
• Support business concepts and information structures related to segmentation, lead qualification, and sales pipeline management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, business, and technical stakeholders to align information needs with data platform capabilities.
• Contribute to data governance, data catalog initiatives, and AI-ready data foundations.
• Excellent English communication skills; Polish language skills are considered an advantage.

• Experience as an Information Architect, Data Architect, or similar role.
• Knowledge of sales operations, CRM data, commercial processes, or sales performance management.
• Strong skills in information modelling, terminology harmonisation, and data governance.
• Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake, dbt, and modern data and analytics ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication skills; Polish language skills are considered an advantage.
