Bamboo Health is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Manager Content Marketing to lead the development, activation, and performance of a modern content engine that unifies brand and demand generation. This is not a traditional brand storytelling role. You will own the full content lifecycle — from strategy through creation to activation and optimization — ensuring content builds market awareness and credibility while supporting pipeline, engagement, and revenue. You will create outcomes-driven, decision-maker-focused content aligned with Bamboo Health's positioning, translating complex healthcare and behavioral health challenges into clear, compelling value for buyers across healthcare and public-sector audiences.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure alignment with Bamboo Health's brand while tailoring content to personas, buying stages, and decision-makers across the organization.
- →Build a cohesive narrative that connects top-of-funnel storytelling to measurable business outcomes.
- →Lead creation of a wide range of content, including thought leadership, research reports, case studies, ROI/value-based assets, webinars, sales collateral, and campaign content.
- →Translate product capabilities and data into clear, outcomes-based messaging for executive and decision-making audiences.
- →Leverage internal SMEs, clinical experts, and data insights to produce authoritative, differentiated content.
- →Partner with Growth and Sales teams to ensure content supports pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and customer conversations.
- →Build a scalable “create once, activate everywhere” model with strong repurposing and lifecycle management.
- →Utilize AI-powered content generation tools to accelerate production, enhance quality, and scale content efficiently while maintaining a strong editorial voice.
- →Explore opportunities to enhance content workflows through AI and automation tools (e.g., document summarization, content repurposing, or data-driven personalization).
- →Serve as the primary content point of contact for the PR agency, helping shape thought leadership narratives, support media opportunities, and ensure message consistency across earned and owned channels.
- →Connect with internal stakeholders to identify and activate relevant media and thought leadership opportunities.
- →Use data and insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve ROI.
- →Implement scalable processes that connect content efforts to measurable business impact.
- →Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions that free capacity for higher-value creative work.
- →Stay current on emerging AI tools and how they can streamline or enhance content marketing workflows.
- Complete onboarding and develop a working understanding of Bamboo Health's solutions, audiences, brand voice, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct a content audit and present a prioritized content strategy roadmap aligned to brand and demand generation goals.
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Growth, Sales, Product, and the PR agency.
- Begin incorporating AI-supported tools into day-to-day content operations — whether through research, drafting, or workflow management.
- Identify workflows to pilot with AI tools (e.g., asset repurposing, brief generation, or social adaptation) and create pilots for validation and broader adoption within marketing and adjacent functions.
- Launch an integrated content program spanning owned, earned, and social channels that demonstrably support pipeline and brand awareness goals.
- Build or optimize a content production process — including AI-assisted workflows — that scales output without sacrificing quality.
- Deliver initial measurement reporting tying content performance to demand generation and revenue metrics.
- Have a functioning “create once, activate everywhere” framework in place for key content assets.
- Own a fully operational content engine that is recognized internally as a strategic driver of growth and brand reputation.
- Demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline contribution, brand awareness metrics, and sales enablement effectiveness.
- Establish Bamboo Health as a credible, authoritative voice in healthcare and behavioral health through thought leadership and earned media.
- Build a high-functioning content capability — including team, agency relationships, and AI-enabled workflows — positioned to scale with the company.
Requirements
~2 min read- 8–12 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on B2B healthcare, health tech, or public sector markets.
- Proven ability to lead both brand generation and demand generation content strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong ability to develop outcomes-driven messaging for executive and decision-making audiences.
- Hands-on experience creating content for web, social, email, and paid channels.
- Working knowledge of AI content generation and marketing tools and an understanding of how to apply them effectively in a marketing workflow.
- Experience collaborating with or managing external PR agencies.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare topics into clear business value.
- Light design capabilities using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or similar to create polished, effective content assets.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific platforms) to improve daily workflows.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or health tech companies.
- Experience in care coordination, behavioral health, or interoperability solutions preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare policy, Medicaid/Medicare, or state-level public health initiatives preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions.
