Contractor, Digital Finance (9-12 months contract)

• →Support the development and implementation of AI and digitalization projects within the business unit, translating business requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• →Develop AI Agents and workflow automation solutions using Python, low-code/no-code AI platforms and relevant AI technologies.
• →Perform data extraction, processing, analysis and data mining to identify business insights and support AI use cases.
• →Work closely with business users to understand operational pain points, identify suitable AI opportunities, and develop prototypes or Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).
• →Support testing, deployment, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of AI solutions to ensure they deliver measurable business value.
• →Assist in transferring technical knowledge and AI capabilities to business users, helping strengthen the business unit’s internal digital and AI capabilities.
• →Coordinate with IT, Data and other relevant teams to ensure solutions comply with our Bank’s technology, data security and governance requirements.

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions, digital project management experience, including artificial intelligence, process automation, data analytics, and related initiatives, is preferred.
• Good programming skills in Python, with practical experience in data processing, analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of data analytics, data mining and basic machine learning / AI techniques, with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, prompt engineering, RAG or AI workflow development would be an advantage.
• Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms, APIs, databases or cloud-based applications would be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to understand business requirements and convert them into workable technical solutions.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work closely with non-technical business users.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, including good Putonghua communication skills.
