Data & AI Specialist - Digital Transformation Team (Corporate Banking)

We are seeking a talented Data & AI Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Team.

As a Data & AI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving Data & AI initiatives that support our corporate banking business and operations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights that enhance decision-making processes, improve operational efficiency and provide better customer experiences.

Meanwhile, we are modernizing our data architecture into an AI-ready foundation to power next-generation intelligent applications. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and scaling the domain ontologies, semantic models, and knowledge structures that make our data accessible and context-rich for enterprise-wide AI applications.

• →Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• →Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across business units to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• →Research & Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team
• →Documentation & Reporting: Document methodologies and results for Al governance purpose. Present reports on analytical findings, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders
• →Generative Al/LLM: Leverage generative Al models to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency
• →Research and Design enterprise ontologies, taxonomies and semantic models across corporate banking products, operations and customers

• Bachelor/Master degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a data or AI role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)  
• Experience with LLMs and NLP techniques for analyzing and generating unstructured data
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
