Deputy/ Anti-Fraud Manager (Risk Management and Monitoring - Transaction Monitoring)

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide strategic anti-fraud consultancy services and assistance to Southeast Asian entities facing difficulties in handling sophisticated fraud cases, and ensure the consistent application of anti-fraud measures;
- →Proactively facilitate coordination with stakeholders of Southeast Asian entities to seek necessary assistance for anti-fraud management;
- →Serve as the primary liaison between the Division and Southeast Asian entities to coordinate fraud-related projects, including system development and case reporting;
- →Compile and analyze fraud case reports submitted by Southeast Asian entities on a regular basis to identify trends and generate intelligence insights;
- →Conduct data and intelligence analysis to support the Division’s risk management objectives, utilizing AI tools to detect patterns and enhance fraud prevention strategies;
- →Execute other duties assigned by supervisors related to the management of anti-fraud measures in Southeast Asia.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Risk Management, Law, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2 years’ work experience in risk analytics or risk management or fraud management is preferred.
- Knowledge of the following software, SAS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau is preferred.
- Strong statistical knowledge.
- With payment card or e-banking fraud work experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skill, passionate and energetic.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluent Mandarin will be an advantage.
