(Deputy / Senior) Business Strategy Manager (MNC), Global Corporate Banking

• →Formulate and execute strategic business development plans to manage and acquire new Multinational Corporation (MNC) clients.
• →Design tailored financial service solutions for MNC clients and actively drive early-stage joint-origination alongside with front-line business units.
• →Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team.
• →Act as the project manager for MNC business initiatives, liaising with different internal parties, external parties and other members of the Bank Group for implementation.
• →Willingness to travel as required.
• →Compile and analyze MNC business data to support the growth of MNC business.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Finance or related discipline is preferred.
• 5 years or above working experience in financial / business sectors, with focus in business planning or consultancy or strategy related field.
• Proven track record in MNC business development / origination within corporate banking.
• Prior professional experience working in or covering Singapore, Japan and South Korea would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent Chinese and English writing skills; Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); Fluency in third language (e.g. Japanese and/or Korean) to conduct professional business discussion is a significant advantage.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in green finance is a plus.
• A change agent and excellent team player.
• Excellent analytic, organizing and interpersonal skills.
• Be familiar with both Hong Kong and Mainland China working practice and culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Candidates of all nationalities who possess a global perspective and deep understanding of international corporate banking are warmly welcomed.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Deputy Business Strategy Manager
