(Senior) Innovation Manager – Product Management

• →Act as the primary coordinator with relevant Product Management departments of Bank of China Head Office, and oversee product management initiatives across BOCHK and Southeast Asian entities.
• →Support the formulation, implementation and continuous enhancement of the Group Product Management Framework, standards, policies and governance mechanisms by leveraging Head Office best practices.
• →Establish, maintain and optimize the Group Product Catalogue to promote standardized product lifecycle management and enhance product governance effectiveness.
• →Lead the planning, development and continuous enhancement of the Group Product Catalogue Platform to facilitate centralized product information management and digitalization.
• →Coordinate with business units, risk management, technology, operations and data management teams to implement product management initiatives and cross-border collaboration projects.
• →Conduct market research, industry benchmarking and thematic studies on product management, financial technology and digital transformation trends, and prepare analysis and recommendation reports.
• →Develop project implementation plans, communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders, monitor project progress and evaluate project outcomes.
• →Promote the adoption of product management best practices, digital capabilities and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and business effectiveness.
• →Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory requirements and industry trends relating to banking products, digital innovation and product governance.

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Technology, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
• Relevant banking experience in product management, product development, business transformation or project management.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
• Product Management
• Product Governance
• Product Lifecycle Management
• Data Management and Analytics
• FinTech Innovation
• Regional Project Management
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving business, risk management, technology, operations and data teams is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination and presentation skills.
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good understanding of banking products, financial services, and industry development trends is preferred.
