(Senior) Management Reporting Manager

• →Perform financial analysis by collaborating with business units to identify key drivers behind the numbers, and prepare comprehensive management reports for the management.
• →Undertake budgeting and performance monitoring duties for business units. Lead the budgeting process of business units and proactively monitor and analyze progress against targets.
• →Perform process optimization and digital transformation, drive workflow automation to enhance data integrity and overall operational efficiency.
• →Participate in additional duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CPA and CFA will be an advantage
• 8+ years of working experience in financial analysis and reporting in banks or financial institutions. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Management Reporting Manager.
• Solid knowledge in financial analysis and good report writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and independently
• Strong analytical skills with a logical and structured mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
