Senior Treasury Manager (Funding Pool Management)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring dynamics in balance sheet structure; propose business strategy recommendations to balance risk and return.
• Deal with the ASEAN entities, analyze and evaluate the ASEAN funding pool performance, assist entities in resolving funding & liquidity issues.
• Lead and organize the senior debt issuance;
• Prepare presentation materials for ALCO & IRC meetings;
• Keep abreast of the latest financial markets and assist in ad-hoc project as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Professional qualification in TMA/CFA/FRM;
• 10+ years of experience working in treasury, ALM or risk management. Working experience in sizable bank is a plus;
• Knowledge in Basel III and HKMA interest rate risk and liquidity risk management framework is essential;
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Good in data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative.
