Club Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper at Banner House at T Bar M, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest facilities and public areas. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a clean and comfortable environment for guests, promoting their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience. By upholding high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, you will contribute to the positive reputation of the club. 

• →Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing guest facilities, bathrooms, and public areas. 
• →Clean and restock amenities, towels, and toiletries in guest lockers and bathrooms.
• →Ensure all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• →Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• →Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff. 
• →Assist with laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linen and towels. 
• →Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. 
• →Respond to guest requests for supplies or cleaning services promptly and courteously.
• →Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and attentiveness. 
• →Follow established security protocols, including safeguarding guest belongings and ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of guest lockers.
• →Uphold high standards of personal appearance, wearing the designated uniform and adhering to grooming guidelines. 
• →Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and stay updated on club policies and procedures. 
• →Participate in deep cleaning projects and periodic room inspections to maintain the overall cleanliness and quality standards of the club.

• Ability to handle objects, grasp, turn, and hold items with hands.
• Capability to work on your feet for extended periods, totaling at least 8 hours. 
• Fast-paced movements required to navigate various areas within the club.
• Capacity to lift, pull, carry, or move objects weighing at least 30 pounds.
• Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing as necessary.
