-Banner Fort Collins Med Ctr (4700 Lady Moon Dr)

-Hours and days will vary depending on needs of the department. The hours of the department are 5am-8pm, 7 days per week including holidays. Shift times may be 5am- 1:30pm, 6am- 2:30pm, or 11:30am- 8pm. Every other weekend and holiday rotation is required.
