As a Senior Surgical Technologist, you'll play a vital role as part of the surgical team, working closely alongside surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the operating room. In this position, you'll have the unique opportunity to assist directly during surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, arranging surgical instruments, and ensuring a sterile environment is maintained. This role is essential to delivering high-quality surgical care and supporting the overall success of each procedure. Although hours are not guaranteed, this role is expected to work at least one day per week covered between the two Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Banner Fort Collins Medical Center, and Banner North Colorado Medical Center - Loveland Campus with flexible scheduling and shift times varying Monday through Friday between 7am-4pm.
