As the dedicated onsite Financial Analyst at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center and some additional support at Banner Desert Medical Center, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our Finance Director and additional leadership team. This isn't just another analyst role—you'll drive critical financial processes including month-end close, variance analysis, proformas, and strategic budgeting while enjoying the best of both worlds: the autonomy of being the primary financial analyst onsite and the collaborative support of our AZ Community Analytics team (meeting weekly at BDMC).
