As a Food Service Lead, you will play an important role in keeping our kitchen and dining operations running smoothly every day. In this position, you will help lead a team of food service workers, making sure that meals are prepared and served safely, on time, and with great customer care. You will help train team members, keep work areas clean and organized, manage food and supply inventory, and step in wherever you are needed to get the job done. You will also be a go-to person for solving everyday problems and making sure both patients and staff are well taken care of.
