The Medical Assistant will be responsible for conducting and documenting intake questions to prepare patients for their provider appointment, obtaining vital signs, administering immunizations, performing point-of-care tests, and assisting with minor procedures alongside the provider. The MA will also be expected to fulfill administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to, responding to patient messages, communicating results as directed by the provider, preparing prior authorizations, and ensuring clinical quality improvement measures are met.
