MT - Registered Nurse RN Lactation Consultant

Our RN Lactation Consultant team is looking for someone willing to be flexible and a team player, someone who understands effective communication and takes others perspectives into account when communicating. 

As a Lactation Consultant RN you will be rounding on patients in L&D, Postpartum, and the NICU to assist with breastfeeding and will provide education about breastfeeding, latching, and pumping to both patients and staff. This role includes developing feeding plans and collaborating with pediatricians and speech therapy. There is an annual expectation to assist with some initiatives on the unit such as support groups and breast feeding classes for the community.
